Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment and Refunds:**

Payment for bookings, reservations, visa services, and holiday packages must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
– Refunds for cancellations or changes to bookings, reservations, or services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
– Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may include deductions for cancellation fees, administrative charges, or non-refundable deposits.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Express Air Travels on email-id As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

Number of days before departure Amount of Cancellation charges
Between 90 Days to 60 Days from the date of departure 25% of the Holiday cost
Between 59 Days to 45 Days from the date of departure 50% of the Holiday cost
Between 44 Days – 25 Days from the date of departure 75% of the Holiday cost
Below 24 Days from the date of departure 100% of the Holiday cost
