Detailed Program
Day 01: Dehradun Arrival
Arrival at Dehradun airport and transfer to a Hotel in Dehradun as per your preferences. Please note, arrival details must be provided us at the time of booking. In the evening, our team will be doing the tour briefing to the guests, provide them with duffel bags for carrying only necessary things on the trip. O/N stay in Hotel.

Day 02 : Dehradun To Yamunotri
Early in the morning we need to report at Helipad latest by 05:00 AM with packed breakfast. The extra baggage can be stored in the hotel. Transfer to Helipad at Sahastradhara and further we will fly to Kharsali Helipad. Meet our assistance and you will get your pony or palaki reserved for onward trek to *Yamunotri Dham*. Travelling from Kharsali helipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by pony or by palki. Return back late afternoon and have a relaxed evening in Kharsali, beautiful accommodation arranged there. Night stay in Kharsali.

Day 03: Yamunotri To Gangotri
Departure from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. O/N stay in Harsil after Darshan *Gangotri Ji Dham*. After breakfast, the Group is flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil helipad from Harsil, We drive to Gangotri temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Pandit is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley of dense forest and green mountains. On the way, there are many splendid spots where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

Day 04: Gangotri To Kedarnath
Departure from Harsil Helipad to Phata/Sersi Helipad. O/N stay in Luxury Cottages or Villas after Darshan *Kedarnath Ji Dham*. Early morning, we drive to Harsil Helipad. On arrival, we fly to Sersi Helipad then again fly to Kedarnath from the same Helipad. Temple is approx. 500 meters away from the helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. The Pandit will accompany the group and lead us to the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, The group will fly back to Sersi helipad. We will have lunch and Passengers can visit ancient Triyuginarayan or Kalimath Mandir (Optional) & Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of river Mandakini.
NOTE – There might be a waiting time of around 1 to 2 hours at Phata to switch to shuttle service. As much as we would like to expedite the transfer to shuttle, multiple factors like backlog, weather, passenger load at shuttle service affect the logistics resulting in the wait.

Day 05 : Kedarnath To Badrinath
Departure from Phata Helipad to Badrinath Helipad. O/N stay in hotel after Darshan *Badrinath Ji Dham*. The group is headed towards the Helipad at Sirsi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, the last border of India with China for sightseeing. At the evening, Passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple & then dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 06: Badrinath To Dehradun (Sahastradhara Helipad)
Departure from Badrinath Helipad to Sahastradhara Helipad. Final departure.
After breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, see the beautiful overview of the Region, Especially the pictures of the view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, KarnaPrayag, RudraPrayag and DevPrayag. We will come back and drop to the Dehradun Airport Or Railway Station.

Note: All reporting timings from point to point flying will be confirmed to the client from our end. Charters and crew members can be changed as per availability. Timing of transfers from each flying point to another can be changed at the last moment as per availability or weather conditions.
Note: Exact schedule can be advised before a day of departure. Above mentioned schedule is tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at the last moment due to any operational or weather changes. We can cancel the provided or confirmed charter services any moment before flying due to any operation retrains and technical problems. We can’t guarantee of your flying on date or on time later or sooner. Its total matter of third party services depending on their operational restrains and previous loads. We can only assure you 100% refund in case of any cancellation under any unforeseen reason. We are also not responsible for any kind of claim or complaint raised against any problem in flying. We can only assist you for better and convenient flying without giving assurances for third party (aviation) services.
In Kedarnath shrine we have booked your stay at Phata/Sersi as per our trip schedule. Cause of bad weather condition, if you have to be stayed at Kedarnath near to temple, then charges will be extra for your stay at temple.
We can also stay in Kharsali Or Harsil as a first night stay due to weather or operational clearance. So this should be well understood to passengers before they accept the proposals to avoid any last moment confusion. In case of extra night stay due to weather or any technical problem the stay and food expenses will be borne by passengers only. We will bear the cost of crew and craft on our own. We will only wait for 01 additional nights to cooperate with the situation in terms of completion of the Yatra. Any extension is not allowed in above cost and conditions. We can cancel the yatra in any such situation of waiting due to weather or any problem.
General Terms and Conditions
We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Terms & Conditions
- Maximum 04-06 Passengers will be allowed in 01 Helicopter as per weight & other conditions
- This is not a private departure. It is a fixed departure on a first come first serve basis.
- We are flexible to accommodate the maximum passengers to complete seat capacity of 06 passengers in each departure and for that by adding or removing passengers in 02 different craft.
- Total passenger weight will not be in the excess of 380-430 Kgs as per craft availabilities.
- Maximum Baggage Allowance 4Kgs/Person including handbag or backpack.
- Excess volume baggage would not be allowed on Helicopter flight.
- Price is subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm in advance.
- Flying in hills is subject to bad weather, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Tramc Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), a sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios Hotels are likely to change in the rarest unavoidable situations. Similar ones would be provided in that case.
- For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR 30,000/person (tax inclusive).
- Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star categories. Though we have handpicked the hotels which are best in these locations. Assuring trustworthy services and comforts.
- We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 5N6D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.
- Infants below 2 years or 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. In case of verification of the age of the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.
Reservations & Payments
Reservation: A final deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation. Deposit of payment as per your selected tour is required prior to commencement of tour or as per agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.
Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fee at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which are not specified.
Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger’s responsibility.
Extra Weight
- Perfect load factor is always maintained by helicopters while flying over mountains for safety reasons and is more adhered to commercial flying. 75 kgs /- per passenger is the prescribed average body weight of a passenger along with their handbags while flying within a group or alone. However any passenger beyond 75 kg can be flown by paying extra weight charges and taking up the tour.
- Rs. 3000/- per kg for Chardham Trip and Rs.2,000/- for Dodham shall be charged for any extra body weight beyond 75 kgs per person and to be paid at Dehradun before the flight.
- Extra eight charges are also applicable for the palki at Yamunotri @ Rs. 100/- per extra kgs beyond 75 Kgs body weight and to be paid at Yamunotri.
- We shall enforce deboarding of passenger/s without any refund if actual weight exceeds much beyond the weights conveyed during booking or shall be allowed boarding after paying applicable extra weight charges. In such excess weight scenarios, the final call shall be of the helicopter pilot.
Add On Services
- Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinathji - INR 5,500/per person, Subject to availability
- Note – MahaAbhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Badrinath ji Mandir Samiti.
- Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath ji - INR 6,500 for 05 people. The total amount has to be paid in cash to our representative at Dehradun so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger. Arrangement of Rudra Abhishek puja will be done subject to the availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers will have to stay there overnight for the puja. Therefore, the additional charges towards the hotel stay will be extra chargeable.
- Note – Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Kedarnath ji Mandir Samiti.
- Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regard to the hotel services; rooms. Furthermore, the temperature at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at night, therefore passengers are advised to take decisions keeping the same in consideration.

Making Changes
Most programs allow travel deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like. Note that tour plans can be changed; provided that requests are made in writing 21 days prior to the commencement of tour. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of the commencement of tour.
