wallabies and koalas plus an array of colourful birds and reptiles. Evening during sunset famous Little Penguins Parade from the ocean to their burrows

- The above rates are based on twin sharing and in AUD
- All quoted rates are subject to fuel surcharge.
- This is only a quotation and no rooms have been blocked. Please inform us in writing if you wish to proceed with the booking. All rooms are subject to availability and a weekend surcharge depending on the individual hotel.
- The Airport Pick / drop is for entire group ,separate pick / drop arrangements will be chargeable.
- Additional charge applicable on change of itinerary during the tour
- Once the booking has been confirmed, one amendment by the client is free of charge
- Amendments made by the passengers while travelling will incur an AUD$50.OO amendment fee per change, charged to the passenger credit card at the time of amendment.
- A security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel when checking in.
- Any cancellation of rooms must be notified in writing 7 working days before the group's arrival and you must ensure you receive our acknowledgment in order to avoid cancellation charges imposed by the hotel to you. Different cancellation deadlines may apply to Australian public holidays, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, individual hotel's peak periods, special events, fairs, conferences and convention periods.
- During Individual Hotel's Peak Periods, Special Events , Fairs, conferences and conventions, rooms held must be washed down accordingly to the hotel policy. Otherwise, unused rooms will be charged accordingly by the hotel to you.
- Certain sightseeing and day tours may be subject to weather conditions or minimum number of pax's before they operate and suppliers may cancel or postpone the date of the tour at short notice. Any changes shall be notified to you at the earliest opportunity.

- Payments by credit card will incur a 2.2% merchant fee. Only VISA or MasterCard are accepted.
Liabilities and Limitations (International Tours)
- *We do not hold any rooms or other services for mentioned package/offer, so rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. The hotel rates are dynamic & will keep on changing until we hold it as per the final confirmation. Nothing is on hold until & unless we provide it in the written confirmation.
- WIFI , TEA/COFFEE facility & other amenities are subject to availability and cannot be guarantee in all hotels/Rooms,Supplements may be applicable if any.
- For Triple Room rewuirement, 3rd person bed might be roll away, extra bed or single extra bed, as it depends upon hotel policy. Baby cot is an additional cost depending upon Hotel Policy, so it is never included.
- Quotation is based on Base Category / starting category of Room Unless specified.
- Tourist / Local / city taxes (if any) need to bepaid at hotel directly by the client.
- All Tourist are on SIC unless specified otherwise & all SIC Tour Starts from some specific point Located in the city center. Client has to reach on their own to the point. Starting and Ending Points might be different. Also for drop off some tour may or may not provide drop off (depending upon the Tour).
- *All services, Hotels, Sightseeing, train tickets or any other services advised should be checked by you at your end. Once we received go ahead from you it is considered that you have verified everything at your end.
- International and Domestic flight tickets and Visas are not included in the package unless specified.
- *All hotels should be checked by agent and confirmed by the client. If due to any reason the client does not like hotel and wants to upgrade it will be at an additional cost which will have to be borne by you..

- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to person or property in any manner whatsoever in connection with any travel the subject of this booking, and the customer specifically and unconditionally releases us from all claims in connection with or arising out of that travel. It is the express responsibility of the customer to obtain all travel insurances required in connection with their travel.
- In the event, You fall ill or suffer an accident during the trip, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses, evacuation from road or mountain, any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of Your illness / accident are Your responsibility.
- Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000, No Porter age included.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as Overseas Mediclaim, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. Meals other than what is mentioned in your Itinerary. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in "Tour Cost Includes",
- Tips to Driver per pax per day (Compulsory in certain countries) Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras to be paid directly, to the hotels / service providers.
- VISA means a Certificate issued or a stamp marked (on the applicant's passport) by the immigration authorities of a country to indicate that the applicant's credentials have been verified and he or she has been granted permission to enter the country for a temporary stay within a specified period. (Note: The Company does not have any role to play for issuance / rejection of Visas other than being a facilitator).
- Certain Sightseeing could be cancelled on Last moment without prior Information. Due to Weather conditions/Security Alerts /public Holidays Like Christmas, New year, Easters etc .
- Medical Forms are mandatory for certain Tours. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact your ability to travel, participate in a Tour, travel to remote areas without access to medical facilities or may adversely affect the experience of others on your Tour. Kindly notify prior to booking ,as no refunds shall be entertained for services not used.
