DAY 01 : INDIA – PARIS

Arrive Paris by AI flight at 1830 hrs. Our experienced Tour Manager will welcome you and take you to the Indian Restaurant for Indian Dinner. (Depending on flight arrival timings). Later arrive at the hotel and check in Overnight at the Hotel in Paris

DAY 02 : PARIS

Guided City Tour of Paris | Eiffel Tower 2nd Level | River Siene Cruise
After cotinental breakfast we proceed for a Guided City Tour of Paris. See the Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Invalides and Champs Elysees.
Proceed for Indian Lunch
Later we visit the City’s most iconic landmark – The Eiffel Tower. Get a bird’s eye view from atop the 2nd level and get mesmerized by the sights.
Later cruise down the Seine enjoy magical movement sights as you past through illuminated landmark like the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower.

DAY 03 : PARIS

Full day at Disneyland Paris OR Walt Disney Studios Park
After continental breakfast proceed to Disneyland Paris where you can visit Disneyland Park OR Walt Disney Studios Park. Get charmed by Sleeping Beauty Castle, enjoy exciting rollercoaster rides, meet Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio and others in Fantasyland as well as travelling to the four corners of the
globe in Adventureland

DAY 04 : PARIS – BRUSSELS – NETHERLANDS

Orientation tour of Brussels | Photostop at Atomium
After continental breakfast, we check out drive towards Belgium. Arrive Brussels and later proceed for an Orienta on tour of Brussels. We head to the iconic Grand Place, known to be Europe’s most beautiful and buzzing square. This exquisite market square is the main tourist attraction of the city that has often left sightseers awestruck. Visit Mannekin Pis, one of the famous statues and fountain, a mascot and the hero of many incredible tales.
Proceed for Indian Lunch.
The orientation tour ends at a Photo stop at Atomium.

DAY 05 : NETHERLANDS - GERMANY

Keukenhof Gardens (Till 12th May) OR The Zaanse Schans | Canal Cruise
After continental breakfast drive towards Lisse to see the legendry Keukenhof Gardens (Till 12th May). Be astounded by the vast numbers of Tulips, daffodils and hyacinths , that creates dazzling ranges of color. From 16th May onwards we will venture out of the city to take a half-day tour to the famous little village of Zaanse Schans. Explore this unique historical town on a guided tour with its majestic windmills and wooden houses and traditional crafts. Visit a clog maker and observe how the famous Dutch wooden shoe is made and proceed to visit a cheese farm afterward.
Indian Lunch
Later proceed to Amsterdam Canal Cruise. Amsterdam is called the ‘Venice of the North.’ Amsterdam is laced with 100 km of waterways, so there is no better way to observe the essence of the Dutch capital than from a canal boat. Wind past points of interest such as grand merchant houses, gothic churches, museums and medieval buildings as you soak up the city’s history with the help of an audio guide.
Board a glass-topped boat where you will experience the best of this historical city. Thrive on the city’s vibrant past with its 1,000 bridges and quaint old houses. In the afternoon we will do a short orientation tour of Amsterdam where we will spend time at Dam Square. Along the way, marvel at the monuments
of Dam Square, including the Royal Palace and Nieuwe Kirk.
We then drive towards Cologne, a 2000 years old city spanning the Rhine river and famous for Eau de Cologne.

DAY 06 : GERMANY – SWITZERLAND

Cologne Cathedral | Black Forest | Rhine Falls
After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, we’re going to check-out and leave for a visit to the Cologne Cathedral. This Gothic structure has 515-feet twin towers and is a World Heritage site as Northern Europe’s largest cathedral.
Later continue your drive to the heart of the Black Forest known for its dense, evergreen forests and picturesque villages. You will be enthralled at the scenic beauty of the quaint villages in the heart of Black Forest region. Witness a demonstration of how cuckoo clocks are made.
Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive towards Switzerland.
Transfer to an Indian Restaurant for lunch.
Later visit Schaffhausen, where you see the magnificent Rhine Falls – Europe’s biggest and most spectacular falls.
Later drive towards an Indian Restaurant for dinner.
Proceed towards the hotel for check in and relax.

DAY 07 : SWITZERLAND

OPTIONAL Visit Jungfraujoch | Orientation tour of Interlaken
Morning is free at leisure.
In the early afternoon, transfer to Indian restaurant for lunch.
Later proceed for the tour of Jungfraujoch (optional at extra costs)
For those who have not opted for Jungfrau can spend their time in Interlaken at leisure or exploring a rac ons or shopping nearby. You need to directly join the group at the Indian restaurant for dinner tonight. Tour Manager will assist you with the name, address and location of restaurant.
Get set for a memorable magical alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe, a high-point of your tour. This tour is not included and can be added at extra cost. You board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace
where artists create their work of art in ice. Visit the Sphinx observatory deck to experience a breath taking panoramic view of the longest glacier in the Alps – Aletsch Glacier.
Arrive Jungfraujoch at the top.
Travel back to Grindelwald Terminal as per the timings given by the Tour Manager.
Transfer to an Indian Restaurant for dinner.

DAY 08 : SWITZERLAND

Mt. Titlis  Orientation tour of Lucerne
Continental Breakfast at your hotel.
Later enjoy amazing scenery, a once in a lifetime experience with an exhilarating trip to the top of Mt Titlis at 3020 metres on various cable cars including Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car. Get a breathtaking unrestricted 360 degrees stunning view of the dazzling snow capped peak, deep crevasses
and pristine white snow fields, dotted with massive ice boulders from every angle. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” , the highest suspension bridge in Europe along the cliff of Mt.Titlis.
Later proceed on an orientation tour of Lucerne, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Visit the Lion Monument, Kapell Brucke with some free time to shop for famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates.
Transfer back to Engelberg and proceed towards an Indian Restaurant for lunch.
Rest of the day is free for leisure in the scenic town in Lucerne.

DAY 09 : SWITZERLAND – AUSTRIA

Continental breakfast at your hotel.
Check out of the hotel. Relax in your coach as you take a scenic drive to Innsbruck.
En route, arrive in Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein, a tiny principality nestled between Switzerland and Austria. It lies entirely within the Alps and covers an area of just sixty-two square miles. Liechtenstein is the sixth smallest independent nation in the world. It follows a policy of neutrality and is
one of the few countries in the world that maintains no military.

Next proceed to Wattens, to visit the Swarovski World of Crystals and marvel at the crystalline works of art.
Later enjoy an orientation tour of the beautiful city, Innsbruck. See the Golden Roof with its fire gilded copper tiles, a characteristic landmark of Innsbruck, walk down cobblestone pathways of Maria Theresien Strasse. You can sit at one of the many outdoor cafes, admire the magnificent baroque architecture and relive medieval European culture. The splendid Alps in the background provide a perfect picture-postcard setting.

DAY 10 : INNSBRUCK – VENICE / PADOVA

St. Marks Square | Gondola Ride

Check out of your hotel and travel towards Padova.
Proceed towards an Indian Restaurant for lunch.
Later proceed towards Venice. Venice is the city of Beautiful Monuments, Serpentine Canals, a city that inspired poetry and passion through the ages.
Arrive at the pier in Venice, where we board a private boat. Enjoy your ride while you sail over the Giudecca Canal, to arrive at St. Mark’s Square – the main square of Venice. View St Mark’s Basilica – one of the best examples of Byzantine architecture.
Witness the famed Bell Tower and Clock Tower with the dominant sign of the Zodiac and current phase of the moon. See the Bridge of Sighs, made of white limestone, that passes over the Rio di Palazzo, connecting the old prisons with interrogation rooms at the Doge’s Palace. Treasure a romantic Gondola
ride in a flat bottomed Venetian rowing boat, amidst the stunning backdrop of baroque buildings. This truly is the best way to enjoy this enchanting city.
We return to the pier and later transfer to an Indian Restaurant for dinner.

DAY 11 : VENICE – FLORENCE – AREZZO

After breakfast, we will check-out from the hotel and leave Padova for Florence. It is the city of Renaissance, known for the rich art and culture of works that were influenced by classical style throughout the 14th to 16th centuries.
View the Duomo – the city’s most iconic landmark, the Campanile and the Baptistery with its Gates to Paradise. Also see the Piazza Della Signoria – an open-air museum crammed with Renaissance sculptures, edged by historic cafes and presided over by the magnificent Palazzo Vecchio and the famed Ponte Vecchio (bridge) across the River Arno.
Next, drive to Piazzale Michelangelo to get a spectacular panoramic view of the city. We also have some free time for shopping in Florence before driving to the Tuscany region where we spend our night. Later proceed to the hotel in Arezzo and check in.

DAY 12 : AREZZO – ROME - AREZZO

Today, proceed towards the eternal city of Rome. Enjoy a guided city tour of Rome with an expert English-speaking local guide. Next visit the Vatican City – the smallest country in the world (Please note shorts or sleeveless vests are not allowed). Visit the divinely beautiful basilica of St. Peter’s. Get mesmerized by the works of Michelangelo and Bernini.
Transfer to an Indian Restaurant for lunch.
Later we continue the drive to view the magnificent Colosseum (photostop), a vast amphitheater that is still well preserved. Next, Visit the beautiful Trevi Fountains. The Legend says that tossing a coin over your shoulder gets you back to Rome.
Transfer to an Indian Restaurant for dinner.
Later we drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 13 : AREZZO – PISA - MILAN – INDIA

Leaning Tower of Pisa
After continental breakfast check out and drive to Milan.
We will check-out after breakfast and we’re going to continue driving to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This world wonder is a typical sight when you’re at the Square of Miracles or Piazza dei Miracoli. The square is also where you can see the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption, the Monumental Cemetery, the Baptistry and the Sinopie Museum. Many may not know that the construction of the Duomo here began in the 11th century!
After viewing the tower, there’ll be a ride taking you to the airport for your scheduled departure. You’ll be back home with the best memories from your trip!
Say adieus to Europe and board the flight back to India.
Return home with happy memories.

Rates are for arrival and departure transfers and coach tours onwards in group vehicles with all passengers arriving /departing together (in the same group flight). Airport transfer rates are not valid in case passengers are arriving / departing on different flights other than group flights. Any change in passenger numbers will result in change in rates

BASIS OF PRICE

The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any variance in the taxes would be charged additionally accordingly.
Tour itinerary will be as mentioned above. Any modification in the terms of itinerary is not allowed.
If passengers do not arrive or depart with the group, additional charges will be incurred. Should the group arrive during a trade fair / festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location.
Late sitting in a restaurant for meals is totally subject to the terms & conditions of the hotel / restaurant used. Same will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
If groups arrive from different hubs and separate transfers are required or in case of any additional services required, then the applicable cost would be payable immediately.
Issuance of visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / consulate. Consulate has every right to call for additional supportive documents; any guarantee from the individual, corporate, personal appearance or reject the visa.

No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized
Cost is applicable for a minimum paying adults traveling together as mentioned above. Supplement charges will be applicable in case of reduction or increase in the group strength

Breakfast at the hotels will be provided in the main hall or the group room separately but it will be totally the hotel’s discretion.
Breakfasts taken before 07:00 hours & packed breakfast boxes may incur a supplement.
Complimentary tea/Coffee makers in the rooms, air-conditioning, mini bar cannot be guaranteed.
Most hotels in Europe are not air conditioned.
All hotels provided will be 4 star rated and in outskirts of the city.
Any damages incurred in the hotel rooms will be payable by the passengers directly and Express Air Travels will not be responsible for the same.
Any extra services taken at the hotel the passengers will have to pay the same directly before check out. Express Air Travels will not be responsible for the same.
Accommodation will be in Standard rooms on Twin / Triple Sharing Basis.
More than 3 people in one room is not allowed.

MEALS

Standard duration for meals at restaurants will be 45 minutes to 1 hour. More time is subject to discretion of restaurant and additional time may impact the coach duration.
Standard course for meals at restaurants includes 02 veg dishes, 01 non-veg dish(chicken), 1 Daal, Rice or Pulao, Yoghurt or Raita, Roti / Naan, Salad, Papad, Pickle, 01 Sweet dish and tap water.

COACH

Considering traffic situation and driving hours, Sightseeing/Orientation tours may be revised/changed if on road it is not possible to cover the day within LDC regulations. The Tour Leader must manage the driving hours.
Water bottle in the coach is not included in the offer.
Please note EC regulations for Long Distance Coach Drivers: (EU regulations no. 561/2006 - 1073/2009).
Driver is not to exceed 11 hrs on duty with the group.
The duty time with the group would be reduced as required, incase the Coach parking location is some place other than group stay hotel.
In one day, a driver must have 11 consecutive hours of rest.
Driver is required to have a min. rest time of 45 minutes for every 4.5 hours of wheel time.
One driver could drive maximum 12 days continuously then 2 days rest is mandatory.
Incase Local Coach/Mini-van is used instead of a LDC coach then duty time not to exceed 10 - 11hrs duty.
Coach/mini-van cannot enter ZTL or restricted area or any walking street and separate taxi/vehicle needs to be arranged at own cost for some specific centrally located hotels.
The daily driving hours can go upto 8 – 11 hrs.
The toilets in coach are not for the use of the passengers, although there will be comfort stops at regular intervals.
The average travelling time on tour will be around 8-10 hrs. or more depending on the itinerary for the day and traffic conditions.

AIRLINE

Airlines will be as per the one booked by Express Air Travels.
We do not guarantee direct flights. The airlines booked on group tours will / can be with one or two stopovers depending on availability from the departure Hub.
If you prefer a specific airline, you can opt to receive an airline reduction from us and book your own ticket.
For guest buying there own tickets, airport transfers are not guaranteed unless they are present at the airport / hotel at the time of the group transfers. In this scenario, guest will have to arrange their own transfer to and from airports. In no circumstances special transfers will be given to the guest.

BAGGAGE :

Only 1 Piece of Bag weighing maximum 20 Kgs. And one small hand bag not weighing more than 7 kgs. will be allowed on tour.
Even if the airline gives provision for more, on tour it will only be One 1 piece of bag weighing maximum 20 kgs and one hand bag not weighing more than 7 kgs.
If the guest carrying more luggage, and if the coach trunk is full, the luggage will be kept inside the coach in aisle which will be inconvenient for the guests and if the same is not possible, the guest will have to make their own arrangements for the transfer of luggage.
Guest have to carry their own luggage. Porterage is not included in the cost.

Cancellation charges will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. If a person is shifting from one departure date to another, the same will be treated as cancellation from one tour to another and the cancellation charges as mentioned will apply.

Refunds:

For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such amendments/cancellations will be paid within 30 days from the date of amendment/cancellation.
Refunds on account of airline or train travel amendments/cancellation, after adjusting the amendment/cancellation charges/fees will take a minimum 60 days to process, as this is the time frame taken by them.

Terms & Conditions:

All business is conducted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. All clients doing business with Express Air Travels will be deemed to have read and accepted to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.

Complaints with Services:

If any group member going to the specified locations has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors he / she / they shall immediately notify the same to Express Air Travels Tour Manager, to enable ET to take up the matter with the independent contractor. Verbal intimation
during the tour will ensure immediate corrective action. Written complaints will be accepted within 3 days of return of Tour else all balance payments if any to Partners and Invoices will be raised assuming full satisfaction.

Travel Extension:

For last minute extension of stay on tours due to request or emergencies, all rooms and other services booked through us will have to be paid only to us in cash in the respective foreign exchange. The same is applicable to any delegate/attendee wanting to pay for their own stay. A valid invoice and cash receipt can be issued against the same. If the booking is done in advance, then 100% payment will have to be done by telegraphic transfer to our account or cheque/DD as per the timelines mentioned above. Express Air Travels shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by passenger themselves. Express Air Travels will not be liable for any overstay expenses due to delay or changes in air or train schedule or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.

Cancellation Policy:

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation/ venues for tours/conferences/events are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
All cancellations of bookings must be given in writing and acknowledged by ET. A transfer from one tour destination/event venue to another, prior to the date of the tour/conference/event will be treated as a cancellation, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking on another. Detailed tour wise cancellation given below.

Cancellation Policy :

75 Days or more prior to departure	Booking Amount of INR 50,000/- per person
Within 74 to 60 days prior to departure	50% of the Tour Cost
Within 59 to 30 days prior to departure	75% of the Tour Cost
Within 29 days prior to departure	100% of the tour cost

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISA

In order for passengers to undertake international travels it is mandatory to hold valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity from the date of return to India.
It is the passengers responsibility, to have the visa application made to the concerned Consulates / Authorities However, for certain cases, the Client may have to a end personal interviews at their own cost.
As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, Express Air Travels shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay or other related act/omission or for any loss, expenses, damage or cost resulting from there.
Express Air Travels would not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration and type of visa (Single/Multiple entry) occurs in the consulate / embassy. Passengers shall be responsible to check the details, photos and the correctness thereof. In the event the application for visa made by any Client or the Company on behalf of the Client is rejected due to any other reason whatsoever, Express Air Travels shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
AIl passports are required to be mailed for visas to different cities, company would mail the passport by reputed courier at an additional cost.
Consulates have every right to call for additional supportive documents; any guarantee from the corporate, personal appearance or reject the visa. Express Air Travels will not be held responsible for such delays /rejection. If visa is rejected appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable.
It will be the responsibility of all the passengers to take care of their belongings at all times.
Express Air Travels will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any of the said belongings at any time.
Confirming the booking by paying the deposit amount, will be taken as an acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions

FINAL HANDOVER:

All the Vouchers and the final hand over will be done 1 or 2 days prior to the departure.
The tour may operate In Paris out Milan or Out Rome. The sightseeing inclusions will remain same.
